All students taking courses for academic credit, admitted or not, will have grades recorded on a Colorado State University transcript. Grades are available approximately one week after the end of the term. Grades for classes that extend beyond the end of the term will be available approximately one week after the end of the class. View your official grades online via RAMweb.
If you wish to contest a grade assigned by an instructor, you have the option of an academic appeal.
For complete University grading policies such as grading options and handling "incomplete" ("I") grades, visit the online CSU Catalog.
Transcripts and records for distance students are identical to those for on-campus students; no differentiation is made between distance and resident instruction. No indication of the delivery method of the course is made on the transcript.
Verify your grade(s) have posted before ordering your transcript by accessing your unofficial transcript in RAMweb (current students) or RAMrecords (former students). Instruction for ordering transcripts are available on the Registrar's Office website.
All financial accounts must be cleared before your transcript can be released.
Unofficial transcripts are available to all students through RAMweb.
