Best possible teaching strategies, materials, and resources suited to goals, and overall design coherence and effectiveness will be explored. In addition students will use content they designed and developed to instruct park visitors. This internship will provide a minimum of 400 hours of contact time. Individual internships are staggered during the course period.

This course requires students to complete a supervised and guided practice of Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia, a specific MSLE curriculum. Time is spent in direct instruction with student(s) who present characteristics of dyslexia and/or related language-based learning disorders.
