Course Overview

The academic field of ethnic studies seeks to investigate, analyze, and positively influence social justice and equity efforts in a variety of communities. Scholars of ethnic studies frequently examine the roles of gender, class, sexuality, and other social differentiation within contemporary society. Thinking critically about ethics is also a fundamental element of ethnic studies.
