Developed by Conflict Resolution Services at Colorado State University, this course was created to provide free and easily accessible information to students. Conflict Resolution Services has assisted thousands of students in effectively managing disputes with roommates, faculty, advisors, classmates, coworkers, family, and friends. In doing so, it was discovered that many students were unfamiliar with some basic conflict management strategies that may have helped them address their disputes earlier and more successfully. As such, this course was created as an educational opportunity with the capacity to help a large number of students increase their conflict competence.

A. No, you will not receive a certificate. However, if you complete 75% of the course with a 75% or higher you will unlock a "Statement of Accomplishment."
