The Electronic Credit Registration Form is for students who are running into a registration error with their online credit-bearing coursework on the CSU Online website. Typically, registration errors are related to course pre-requisites or the timing of registration. However, other technical issues may cause registration errors in some cases. A registration hold is not a technical issue.
For Students with Registration Holds
If you have a hold on your account, you must complete required actions to remove the hold before you can register for credit-bearing courses. Your student RAMweb account will provide more information about any holds and how to remove them.
Additional Important Information
- CSU Online staff can only assist with registration for courses when students are facing a technical barrier or registration error when trying to register via the CSU Online website.
- If you can register for some courses with no registration error/barrier, please complete registration for those courses via the regular CSU Online registration process. Only submit this form for courses that you are unable to register for due to an error.
- When completing this form, please double check that your personal information and course information are entered correctly. Incorrect information may result in you not being registered.
Note: Students cannot be registered concurrently in the same on-campus and online course in the same semester (you must choose one option, either online or on-campus, for each course). If you need to switch from an on-campus to an online course, you must drop the on-campus course in RAMweb prior to registering for the online version of that course.
By filling out this form, you understand that:
- Once you submit the form, Enrollment Services will register you for eligible courses.
- If you register and remain in a course past the drop and/or withdrawal date, you will be required to pay the full tuition for that course. Tuition and fees are paid via your RAMweb account.
- You have reviewed CSU’s drop and withdrawal dates and policies.
- You are personally responsible for dropping or withdrawing for courses in RAMweb.
- You agree to abide by all student educational policies of Colorado State University.
