PSY 668 - Workforce Training and Development

This course provides an overview of adult learning theory with an emphasis on the role Industrial/Organizational psychology plays in identifying training needs, designing effective learning programs, promoting transfer of training, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Prerequisite

PSY 647 (Applied Industrial Psychology); Admission to the Plan C graduate program in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology.; Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate (GR) OR Professional (PR)
