This course is designed to introduce participants to the theory and practice of place-based education. The class will meet seven times over the fall semester for two hours each, except for the final class, which will be three hours long. The curriculum and activities are intended for both in-service and pre-service secondary science, technology, engineering, and mathematics teachers, in particular Noyce Scholars of CSU.
Class will be held in Natural and Environmental Services Building (NESB) B302 and A322
