Parking at the CSU Spur Campus:

The parking facilities at Spur are owned and operated by the National Western Center, which has recently implemented paid parking across the campus. Parking can now be purchased via a QR code in the designated parking lots.

Parking Rates:

  • Monday–Thursday: $10/day
  • Friday–Sunday: $15/day

Please note that these rates are subject to change, as pricing is controlled by the National Western Center.

Instructors

Nick Rubino

Nicholas.Rubino@colostate.edu

Nick received his B.S. in Construction Management from CSU. He worked for Haselden Construction on large commercial projects, including municipal, education, hospitality, and healthcare. Throughout his career, he has worked in pre-construction, project management, and as a project superintendent. In 2015, Nick joined the Construction Management department as a faculty member and has been teaching in the department since. Nick received a M.S. in Adult education in 2022. Nick’s primary focus is to facilitate adult learning, utilizing problem-based learning.
