HORT 454 - Horticulture Crop Production and Management

Production and management of horticulture crops.

Upon the completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Facilitate the integration of academic courses in both the major and related courses through the development of a horticultural business plan and budget.
  • Encourage the student to look at opportunities that exist once they graduate and move into the working world of horticulture.

Prerequisite

HORT 310 (Greenhouse Management) or Horticulture Food Crops: Cool Season Vegetable Production or Horticulture Food Crops: Warm Season Vegetable Production
