ECE 564 - Semiconductor Memory

Semiconductor memory technologies, following a bottom-up approach. Foundational design concepts of memory cells, reliability challenges within memory arrays, emerging security threats, and space radiation reliability concerns. Topics include mainstream memory technologies and emerging memory technologies.

Prerequisite

ECE 202 with a minimum grade of C or ECE 206 with a minimum grade of C.. Credit not allowed for both ECE 564 and ECE 580C6
