Microprocessor and microcontroller organization; microprocessor coding using the C language; Internet-of-Things (I/O) devices, protocols, and applications.
Must register for lecture and laboratory. Credit not allowed for both ECE 251 and ECE 253.
Prerequisite
ECE 102 with a minimum grade of C or ECE 252 with a minimum grade of C or MECH 207 with a minimum grade of C.
