CS 525 - Bioinformatics Algorithms

Computational methods for analysis of DNA/protein sequences and other biological data, including deep learning and other machine learning methods. Must register for lecture and laboratory.

Prerequisite

CS 320 with a C or better; CS 345 with a C or better; STAT 301 with a C or better or ECE 303 with a C or better or STAT 303 with a C or better or STAT 307 with a C or better or STAT 315 with a C or better; (DSCI 369 with a C or better or MATH 369 with a C or better).

Important Information

Credit not allowed for both CS 425 and CS 525.
