Dr. Liuqing Yang received her B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1994 and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota in 2002 and 2004, respectively. Since August 2004, she has been a faculty member with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida and became an Associate Professor in 2009. In Fall 2010, Dr. Yang joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Colorado State University.
