NR 537 - Ranch Management and Stewardship Seminar

This class is a seminar focusing on a variety of topics relevant to ranch management and private lands natural resource management. Students will read and discuss these topics, then hear from and engage with practitioners and experts. Topics may change each offering of the class, but past topics have included grazing management, ecosystem service and carbon markets, human resources, and drought planning.

Although aimed at graduate students, undergraduates with senior standing interested in taking this course are encouraged to contact the instructor, Anthony Vorster, for permission to register.

Prerequisite

ANEQ 101 or AREC 202 or ESS 120 or F 311 or RS 300 or SOCR 100
