FSHN 525 - Nutrition Education Theories and Practice

Important theories, models, and skills used in nutrition education. Examination of topics related to designing, conducting, and evaluating evidence-based materials and programs. Use of current information technologies for communicating with individuals, groups and the public.

FSHN 350 (Human Nutrition)
