Provides an in-depth mentoring experience focused on the competencies required for effective Extension work. Engage in a structured mentorship framework to assess and advance skill development as future Extension agents. Emphasizes self-assessment, professional disposition, and competency development through ongoing mentor relationships and program advisor guidance.
